Blue Heaven Return and Refund Policy
This policy defines the terms under which Blue Heaven (www.blueheaven.in) accepts returns and offers refunds.
1. General Principle and Limitations
Due to the nature of our products, which are custom-made and perishable (Cakes, Flowers), we maintain a stringent return policy.
- No Exchanges: We do not offer exchanges for any item.
- Perishable Items (Cakes, Flowers): These items are considered Final Sale unless explicitly damaged or incorrect upon delivery.
- No "At-the-Door" Return Window: We do not enforce the previous "at-the-door" return window. We offer a reasonable window to report issues, as detailed in the sections below.
2. Returns for Defective or Damaged Products
We accept returns and issue full refunds/replacements only if:
- The product is damaged, spoiled, or unfit for consumption upon arrival.
- The product delivered is fundamentally different from what was ordered.
Reporting Timeline for Perishable Items:
The customer must notify Blue Heaven Customer Service within 1 hour of the delivery time for any issues concerning perishable items (Cakes, Flowers).
3. Returns for Non-Perishable Gifts
For non-perishable gift items (e.g., Teddy Bears, accessories) included in your order, we offer a limited return window to comply with general e-commerce standards:

Note on Return Shipping Cost (Buyer's Remorse): For returns initiated due to Buyer's Remorse (Change of Mind), the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs. A flat rate return shipping fee of ₹150 will be deducted from the eligible Store Credit amount.
4. Refund Processing
- Refunds for damaged/defective products will be processed within 7-10 business days after the issue is confirmed.
- Store Credit for non-perishable 'Buyer's Remorse' returns will be issued once the returned product is received and inspected.
5. Order Cancellation Policy
- Perishable Items (Cakes/Flowers): Cancellations are accepted up to 24 hours before the scheduled delivery time. Cancellations made after this period may incur a 50% deduction to cover the cost of materials already purchased.
- Non-Perishable Gifts: Cancellations are accepted until the order has been dispatched.
