Blue Heaven Shipping Policy

This Shipping Policy outlines the terms and conditions for the delivery of products ordered from Blue Heaven (www.blueheaven.in). By placing an order with us, you agree to the terms below.


1. Service Area and Scope

Blue Heaven's primary retail and delivery services are strictly limited to the city limits of Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh, India. We specialize in the delivery of custom-made, perishable items (Cakes, Flowers, Gifts) and currently do not accept online orders for delivery outside of Bhopal city (domestic or international). Any references to general transit times or import duties in previous policies do not apply to our current service model.


2. Order Processing and Dispatch

As all our products (cakes, flowers, and custom gifts) are made-to-order to ensure maximum freshness and quality, order processing is handled as follows:

Same-Day Delivery Cut-Off: Orders requiring same-day delivery must be placed and confirmed before 7:00 PM IST (Indian Standard Time). Orders received after this time will be scheduled for delivery on the following day.

Advance Orders: We readily accept orders placed in advance (for a future delivery date). Customers can specify their preferred delivery date during the checkout process. These orders will be prepared and dispatched as per the requested date and time slot.

Dispatch Time: Products are prepared and dispatched to meet the specific delivery date and time slot confirmed during the order process.


3. Delivery Types and Charges (Within Bhopal)

We offer two distinct delivery options within the Bhopal city limits:

Shipping costs are finalized and collected at the time of purchase. The displayed price is the final delivery charge to the customer for the selected service.

4. Delivery Terms

Change of Address: Requests to change the delivery address are accepted anytime before the order has been dispatched. Please contact Customer Care on +91-9755344166, immediately to initiate the change.

Delivery Time Exceeded: If the delivery time for your selected service exceeds the quoted time, please contact us immediately for an investigation.

P.O. Box Shipping: We do not offer courier services or delivery to P.O. Box addresses due to the perishable nature of most of our products.


5. Damage in Transit / Quality Issue

If you find that a parcel is damaged or the product quality is compromised upon delivery, please do not accept the item and immediately contact our Customer Service team.

For items accepted, any quality issues must be reported within 1 hour of receipt, as per our Returns Policy.
