Our products are freshly prepared and perishable in nature. Therefore, returns are not accepted once the order is delivered.

If you receive a damaged or wrong product, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery at support@blueheaven.in or call us at 9755344166.

We may offer a replacement or refund in genuine cases of delivery errors or product damage verified by our team.

All return requests must be supported with a photo of the delivered product.

Return Cost: Customer pays for return shipping (if applicable).

Note: As our products are freshly baked and perishable, we do not accept returns once delivered. In rare cases of damage or wrong delivery, please contact us within 6 hours for a replacement or refund. No returns are accepted for perishable items like cakes and flowers once delivered successfully.
