Step-by-Step Method
Step 1: Prepare the Batter
- Preheat
your oven to 180°C.
- In a
mixing bowl, add curd and sugar. Whisk till smooth.
- Add
oil and vanilla essence. Mix well.
- Sieve
maida, baking powder, and baking soda together.
- Gently
fold the dry ingredients into the wet mix.
